OTTAWA - Shane Pinto scored the shootout winner as the Ottawa Senators snapped their three-game losing streak with a 4-3 win over the Seattle Kraken on Thursday.

Dylan Cozens scored with 1:46 remaining in regulation for Ottawa to tie the game 3-3, beating Philipp Grubauer, who made 21 saves, low glove side.

Chandler Stephenson scored a power-play goal early in the third, his second of the game, to give the Kraken a 3-2 lead.

Ottawa (2-3-0), playing the first of a four-game homestand, gave up the first goal for the fifth straight game. Shane Wright was able to get his own rebound and backhand it past Linus Ullmark, who stopped 30 shots, early in the first period.
