Robert “Bob” King, 72, of Lake O’ Woods passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at WVU Medicine – JW Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.

He was born May 25th, 1953, in New Martinsville, WV a son of the late Lloyd and Evelyn Parks King.

He graduated from Magnolia High School in New Martinsville, in 1971 as the Salutatorian. He moved to Baytown, Texas in 1975, starting at the Bayer plant as a construction worker, then Lab Tech, chemist, and before retiring after over 40 years he was an Industrial Hygienist.

He married Kay Lemasters Davis on August 14th of 2014. He is survived by his queen and loving wife Kay, his son Timothy and stepsons, Chad, Daniel, and Brian.
