CHAGRIN FALLS, Ohio –
Property damage, North Main Street:
A woman reported damage to her mailbox, possibly from a car hitting it 9 p.m. Oct. 9. An officer checked and determined that the damage was caused by someone throwing a pumpkin at it. Police have no suspects at this time.
Welfare check, Carriage Drive :
A man reported 3:25 p.m. Oct. 9 that he had been unable to reach his friend for the past couple of days. Officers checked the home and found the friend, 87, unconscious and on the floor, but breathing. EMS transported him to Ahuja Medical Center.
Assistance, Solon Road:
A man, 32, wanted suspicious activity documented and visited the police station 6:15 p.m. Oct. 9. He appeared confused to the officer who spoke with him. He was given some advice. The complainant filed a report
