PORTSMOUTH — The owner of 64 Bridge St. is planning to redevelop the building with a three-story 10-room inn, according to project documents and statements made at a recent city meeting.
The property, which is located in the heart of downtown adjacent to the Bridge Street parking lot, is owned by Rafferty Investment Group LLC, according to city records, and the property is being redeveloped by Scott Rafferty, according to Monte Bohanan, the city’s director of communications and community engagement.
