The big news of the week was that veteran linebacker Dre Greenlaw, who has been out all season, was designated to return from the injured reserve and participated in practice. He has put in back-to-back limited sessions, which leaves his status for Sunday’s game vs. the Giants in doubt, but even if he does play, it appears it will be on a limited basis.

Broncos Defensive Coordinator Vance Joseph met with the media on Thursday and was asked about Greenlaw. He told reporters that if Greenlaw does play this week, it will be in a “part-time role”. He added that they are not sure if he will suit up this week yet or not, but that Greenlaw is in good spirits, has worked hard, and has the right mindset.
