Baldwin Wallace University in Berea ushered in a new era on Oct. 9 with the formal inauguration of President Lee Fisher.
The university’s first presidential inauguration in more than a decade aligned with the 180th anniversary of BW’s founding and featured a diverse mix of high-profile speakers, delegates and guests, underscoring Fisher’s commitment to partnership and collaboration, according to a news release.
The inauguration at BW’s Ursprung Gymnasium in the Lou Higgins Recreation Center began with a processional featuring faculty and delegates from more than 25 other academic institutions, robed in traditional regalia.
