Samsung is reportedly preparing to reveal its first trifold smartphone later this month during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in South Korea, according to a Bloomberg report citing a person familiar with the matter.

The upcoming device will feature two hinges, allowing it to fold into a compact smartphone or unfold into a larger tablet-style display. It’s expected to be showcased as part of a cutting-edge Korean technology exhibit at the summit, though attendees likely won’t be allowed to handle it, as the phone will be displayed under glass, the source told Bloomberg.
