The Celina volleyball team has hit a familiar stride in recent weeks, clinching a playoff spot and extending their win streak to four in a row following Tuesday’s three-set sweep of Sanger.

The Lady Bobcats are alone in second place in District 9-4A at 9-2 behind state-ranked Aubrey and two games clear of third-place Prosper Richland. As Celina tunes up for what it hopes is another lengthy trek through the postseason, seniors like Selah Nickel have helped the program find its footing throughout district play after a challenging preseason schedule.
