One thing is certain when it comes to achieving fitness goals, the health expert who has been working in the industry for more than 20 years, notes: “quick fixes are just that, quick fixes that lead to quick setbacks.”
Instead of hitting the gym singularly focused on an aggressive weight-loss goal, Liavas suggests adopting an approach that has long-term improvement in mind.
“Think of your fitness and wellness program as being a lifestyle and a long game,” Lia
