Federal prosecutors intend to use records related to Ward 8 Councilmember Trayon White’s gambling habits to support their criminal bribery case against him, according to a motion filed last week.

“Casino records documenting Defendant’s activity” from MGM Resorts International are listed among the materials prosecutors want to introduce into evidence.

A records custodian for MGM signed an affidavit saying the casino handed over 767 pages of records regarding “gaming, credit, [and] loyalty rewards” in response to an April 1, 2025, subpoena. MGM has a location at the National Harbor in Prince George’s County.
