Criminal charges against a Florida man who was accused of abandoning his dog during Hurricane Milton have been dropped, documents show.
In 2024, Florida Highway Patrol troopers rescued a dog that was found tied up along the highway as Floridians rushed to get out of the path of Hurricane Milton.
