New Delhi: The Supreme Court has expressed concern over the increasing incidents of online fraud and digital arrests in the country. The court has taken the initiative and sought answers from the Central Government and the CBI on these matters.
‘Attack on entire judicial system’
A bench of Justices Surya Kant and Joymalya Bagchi of the Supreme Court stated that this is not a common crime. Forging court names, seals, and orders is a direct attack on the entire judicial system.
