Prairie View has played like the Southern team from last year. While it's succeeding in the Southwestern Athletic Conference, the victories are coming down to the wire more often than they should. Even if the Jaguars keep it close, they are going to struggle against a balanced Panthers defense. Southern has too many flaws on both sides of the ball to pull off the upset against a team coming off a bye.
