Prince Andrew has confirmed he will give up all his Royal titles and honours.
He will stop using his remaining titles and honours, including the Duke of York, in the wake of the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.
It is the latest development in the long-running controversy and comes just days before the publication of a memoir by Andrew's late accuser Virginia Giuffre.
Andrew paid millions to Ms Giuffre to settle a civil sexual assault case.
In a statement released by Buckingham Palace tonight (Friday, October 17), Andrew said he had discussed the issue with King Charles and his family.
They decided 'the continued accusations about me distract from the work of His Majesty and the Royal Family ".
