BATAVIA - A man who's been working with the Seneca Chief, the replica of a boat built in 1824, will speak about his experience at the Richmond Memorial Library.

David Whitcombe said he will make a presentation at 7 p.m. Tuesday to the Genealogical Society. The Seneca Chief was constructed by the Buffalo Maritime Center.
