During Minnesota’s preseason matchup against the Chicago Bulls, the 24-year-old scored 25 points, grabbed seven rebounds, and dished out five assists on 9-for-19 shooting. Apart from him screaming on top of his lungs after a tough finish, another play caught everyone’s short attention span.

Edwards subtly flashed a post move inspired by none other than Michael Jordan. The Timberwolves star revealed he learnt how to read defenders with his back to the basket directly from the six-time NBA champion. On that play, he mirrored Jordan’s technique, keeping low and using subtle shifts rather than just backing down defenders with brute strength.
