A Portland man who gunned down two business rivals in the parking lot of his Southwest Barbur Boulevard vape shop was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole in 35 years.
Multnomah County Circuit Judge Heidi Moawad handed down the punishment to Jobanpreet Singh, now 24, who was convicted of second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter during an August trial.
