Big Brother viewers were all left saying the same thing minutes into the latest instalment of the ITV reality show. ‌

Presenters AJ Odudu and Will Best were back on hosting duty on Friday (October 17) night as Sam and Nancy faced the public vote. ‌

However, in a shocking twist, it was a "fake" eviction and the housemate with the most votes will be sent into a secret room. ‌

Earlier in the day, it was announced that former housemates Farida Khalifa and Emily Hewertson will be returning to join the "evicted" housemate.

The news was shared on Big Brother's official social media accounts but AJ and Will continued to tease their identities during the live show, leaving viewers confused, reports the Mirror .
