Montgomery police have announced a fourth arrest in the mass shooting that happened downtown earlier this month.
Police have charged 21-year-old Kemontae Hood with one count of capital murder, nine counts of assault in the first degree, and three counts of assault in the second degree. Hood was taken into custody today and booked into the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
Police say additional arrests are anticipated as the investigation continues.
Three others already face charges in the shootings.
19-year-old Dantavious McGhee was charged with one count of capital murder, nine counts of assault in the first degree and three counts of assault in the second degree. McGhee was taken into custody on Monday, October 14.
