MOSES LAKE, Wash. — Two men from Issaquah have been arrested following a road rage incident that began with a hit-and-run and escalated to an armed confrontation in Moses Lake on Thursday evening.

According to police , the incident started in the parking lot of the Tap Room on Valley Road after a minor fender bender. The suspect drove off from the scene and was followed by the victim, who flagged down the vehicle in the 1000 block of Marina Drive.

Police said the suspect and passenger pulled over and confronted the victim driver with a firearm. The victim fled out of fear.

Officers later located the suspects at a home in the 3800 block of Lakeshore Drive, where they surrendered without incident.
