FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - We’ve been talking about it all week, and fortunately (for those who’ve missed the rain, anyway) very little has changed regarding the overall structure and evolution of the rainy, windy system this weekend.

The majority of the day Saturday still looks dry with highs right around 80º. This would put us at 6 80º days this October which, outside of last year, last happened in October 2007! However clouds will build, and the wind will ramp up, through the afternoon. It should remain dry through at least 5 or 6 pm before areas west of Fort Wayne start seeing the rain fall. Fort Wayne and points north and south likely won’t see the rain fall until the 8-10 pm period. Northwest Ohio might not even see much until midnight, or shortly thereafter.
