ANDERSON, Ind. - A man who once did time for a drunk driving explosion is now facing charges for another crash, after allegedly leaving a 22-year-old motorcyclist dying at the intersection of W 37th and Brown Streets in April.
"It happened the day after Easter," said Stephanie Sigler, the victim's mother.
Not long after 22-year-old Sebastian Sigler's family enjoyed that holiday together, they gathered again, at the hospital.
"He was excited. He had just gotten that motorcycle back that day," Stephanie Sigler recalled. "But for then the guy to walk for the past five, almost six months – it makes it a lot worse knowing he got away with it for this long."
