HOLDEN, Maine (WABI) -People and pets were invited to an emergency veterinary clinic in Holden held its grand opening ceremony Friday.

It was an exciting afternoon as the ribbon was cut at Eastern Maine Emergency Veterinary Clinic’s new location at 820 Main Road.

They grew out of the former space in Brewer and into the new facility that has more than double the number of exam rooms.

It includes an expanded operating room with an additional operating table and a brand new endoscopy suite, too.

Staff says they’re thrilled about the upgrades and all they have accomplished together to provide the best experience they can for their patients.
