OLD TOWN, Maine (WABI) - The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office is investigating two separate crashes.
Authorities say they were called to a home in Greenbush for a domestic disturbance and learned one of the people left before deputies arrived.
A short time later, Old Town Police found the vehicle and attempted to stop it, however it crashed into a home.
A supervisor from the Sheriff’s Office was called in to investigate.
While heading to the scene with lights and sirens on, he noticed a vehicle far ahead of him.
We’re told the driver appeared to be speeding and minutes later the supervisor came upon the vehicle crashed.
During the investigation, the driver confirmed he thought the supervisor was trying to stop him and he fled.
The investigation continues but the Sheriff’s Office sa
