SAN ANTONIO — Early voting kicks off Monday, and with it, the chance to vote on Project Marvel and other major renovations that could make their way to downtown.

But don't forget this year's rule: no Spurs or stock show and rodeo fairgrounds logos within 100 feet of polling locations.

No logos representing anything on the ballots this year. But make sure you have that valid ID.

USTA Political Science professor Jon Taylor knows that it is electioneering.

"This happens in any election - you can't wear anything that might be considered electioneering inside the polling booth," Taylor added.

Especially when it comes to prop 'A' and 'B.'
