President Donald Trump commuted former Rep. George Santos ‘s prison sentence on Friday after the disgraced Republican lawmaker was sentenced to seven years in prison for money laundering and wire fraud, among other things.
“George Santos was somewhat of a ‘rogue,’ but there are many rogues throughout our Country that aren’t forced to serve seven years in prison,” Trump wrote in a message on Truth Social.
