According to neighbors, more than a dozen homes along a roughly two mile stretch if Indian Falls Road in Pembroke have been without water for weeks and in cases months
The well at the Seaver residence has been dry since the end of July.
According to Janet Seaver, she and her husband frequently visit Pembroke Town Park which is several miles away from their home, in order to fill up barrels placed on their pickup truck and then transported back to their home.
With the assistance of their daughter and son in law they've devised a clever system where the barrels hooked to a hose into their bas
