What was meant to be a magical baby reveal turned into a public debate when Aubree Jones, a TikTok influencer, announced her newborn’s name to her 2.1 million followers.

When Ms Jones posted the TikTok introducing her newborn daughter, she expected love and congratulations. Instead, she was met with thousands of shocked comments criticising her baby’s unusual name.

In the short clip, Aubree showed her baby yawning between two stuffed Mickey and Minnie Mouse toys, revealing her daughter’s name as Disney Mae Jones.

Set to the famous Disney theme song, the reveal featured the baby wearing sparkly Mickey Mouse ears as the text read, “welcome to the world”.

However, the comment section did not deliver the fairytale ending.

One user commented “Wait, can Disney sue for this?” one user joked.
