YOUNGSTOWN The Mahoning County OVI Task Force will be conducting two sobriety checkpoints in Youngstown on Friday and Saturday.

The first checkpoint will take place Friday, October 17 in the area of Market Street and Hilton Avenue from 10 p.m. until midnight.

The second one will take place Saturday, October 18 from 12:30 a.m. until 3 a.m. on Glenwood Avenue near Playhouse Lane in Youngstown.

The checkpoints will be accompanied by saturation patrols by various law enforcement agencies throughout Mahoning County in order to intercept and deter impaired drivers on the roadway.
