Groups pool money to open the Arch, Old Courthouse despite government shutdown

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -Despite the ongoing government shutdown showing no signs of ending, the St. Louis Arch will reopen to the public.

Multiple groups have put together enough money to reopen the Arch and the Old Courthouse downtown starting Saturday.

The groups said the money was enough to keep both places open until Nov. 1st, unless the government shutdown ends before then.
