SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — A fundraiser to help a local non-profit raised a lot of money on Friday evening.

This year's Tailgating for our Kids event raised more than $150,000. An official total number is expected to be released sometime in the coming week.

People were able to bid on items such as game tickets, jerseys, and trips in both silent and live auctions.

The funds will go towards the Boys and Girls Home and Family services in the completion
