New Delhi: As Gujarat gears up for next year’s municipal elections and 2027 assembly polls, the BJP has once again turned to what political observers call the “Modi formula” to beat anti-incumbency—changing leaders and bringing fresh faces into governance to balance regions and communities, and maintain political dominance.
