LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Detectives from the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested a 60-year-old Lafayette man Thursday, for possessing child sex abuse material.

The investigation began in May after reports of someone distributing and possessing the materials. A search warrant was issued for Donald Baker Jr.'s residence in Lafayette, where multiple electronic devices were seized, and at least one contained illegal content.

Baker was taken into custody and is facing a Level 4 felony charge. He is currently in the Tippecanoe County Jail.
