The "Holy War" between BYU and Utah is on the college football slate on Saturday, Oct. 18.

The No. 14 Cougars (6-0, 3-0 Big 12) will host the in-state rival No. 22 Utes (5-1, 2-1) in a top-25 matchup at LaVell Edwards Stadium in Provo, Utah.

BYU is coming off a 33-27 win over Arizona last week, while Utah earned a 42-10 win over Arizona State, which was without the services of starting quarterback Sam Leavitt. Utes quarterback Devon Dampier rushed 10 times for 120 yards and three scores. Bear Bachmeier had 22 rushes for 89 yards and two touchdowns in the Cougars' win.

BYU has won two in a row in the series, including a tight 22-21 win over Utah last season in Salt Lake City. The Utes lead the all-time series 60-33-4.
