Today and Sunday will be a pair of beauties with a good deal of sunshine and delightfully mild conditions. After a chilly start this morning, highs will be in the 60s by tis afternoon and around 70 for Sunday afternoon although it will be come windy as the day goes on. Perfect weather for pumpkin picking, leaf peeping, haunted attractions!

By late Sunday night-morning, expect a quick soaker with some heavy rain and gusty winds, and mild conditions as a vigorous system spirals through. Monday afternoon should end up mainly dry and but breezy. This system kicks off a more active pattern with another chance at rain during the mid-late week timeframe. Better weather should return to end the week.
