2Brick Township man arrested for possession of child sexual abuse material

TOMS RIVER, NJ – A 42-year-old man from Brick Township has been arrested and charged following the discovery of a video depicting child sexual abuse material on his cellphone, officials announced Tuesday.

Marc Fay surrendered to authorities at Brick Township Police Headquarters after being charged with Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material. He was taken into custody and transported to the Ocean County Jail, where he remains held pending a release hearing.
