Article content Ottawa police have identified a 21-year-old man stabbed to death early Saturday morning in the 1700 block of Russell Road, in the east end Bourget district. Article content Article content In a release, police said Raphael Atende was stabbed to death just after midnight. It is the 15th homicide in the city this year.
