India’s largest warship builder, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd (MDL), announced on Friday, October 17 that it had signed an exclusive Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU ) with France ’s Naval Group on October 16 to jointly propose evolved submarines to a friendly foreign nation under its ongoing submarine acquisition programme.
