The Dickinson Gators took their undefeated juggernaut on the road where the hosting Brazoswood Buccaneers fell behind early and never recovered Friday at Hopper Field.

Dickinson had a 23-0 lead in the first quarter before the Bucs scored their lone touchdown of the game. For quarters two through four, the Gators, however, reeled off 35 unanswered points to close out the game, which began to use a running clock in the third quarter.

Dickinson (7-0 overall, 4-0 in District 24-6A) will see a step up in the quality of competition next week when the Gators host the Clear Springs Chargers (5-2, 3-1) at 7 p.m. Friday at Sam Vitanza Stadium.
