Package sent from Vancouver UPS Store incorrectly marked as fraudulent, ‘cannot be recovered’

Vancouver resident Charity Weaver wanted to spoil her grandchildren in Central Washington with some new winter clothes. She bought nearly $800 worth of garments, gathered them up and took them to her usual UPS Store.
