On Saturday, the Canadiens announced the 23-year-old defenceman will be sidelined for four to six weeks with a lower-body injury suffered during Thursday night’s 3-2 win over the Nashville Predators at the Bell Centre. Article content Article content

The team also announced forwards Kirby Dach and Patrik Laine are injured and won’t be in the lineup Saturday at the Bell Centre against the New York Rangers (7 p.m., SNE, City, TVA Sports) . Dach and Laine are both listed as day-to-day with lower-body injuries.
