Saskatoon golfers will have to pack in their last few days on the greens, as three city operated golf courses will be closing a week earlier than originally scheduled due to the weather.
“The change in weather forecast has accelerated the original plan to ensure fall maintenance is complete prior to drops in temperature and the arrival of moisture. This will give the golf courses the best opportunity to provide quality conditions for the start of the 2026 season,” the City of Saskatoon said in a news release.
