LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

Around 2,500 nationally organized protests called "No Kings" are happening across the country on Saturday, including in and around Louisville.

This is the second “No Kings” protest since Trump took office for a second time in January, with the first taking place in June, when thousands of local protesters took to the streets.

"No Kings" protests were held across the country, including in Louisville and southern Indiana, on June 14. It was the same day Trump held a multimillion-dollar parade for the Army's 250th anniversary celebration, which was also the president's birthday and Flag Day.
