HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Officials said three people are recovering after being shot at a large Halloween party in northeast Harris County.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office said a shooting erupted in the 11700 block of Nanette just before midnight on Friday.

It was a large Halloween party where officials said they believed at least 80 to 100 people were in attendance.

According to HCSO, at one point, someone pulled out a gun and allegedly fired into the crowd, injuring the victims.

Officials stated that they were taken to the hospital, where they are reported to be stable.

Deputies said they were on scene, interviewing witnesses to determine what led up to the shooting, but details of what led up to the shooting remain unclear, HCSO said.
