A house in Union that sold for $850,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Union Township area in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 19 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $588,795. The average price per square foot was $356.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 6 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $300K, condominium at 901 Stuyvesant Ave. APT104

A sale has been finalized for a condominium at 901 Stuyvesant Ave. APT104 in Union. The price was $300,000. The condo was built in 2001 and the living area totals 1,000 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $300. The deal was finalized on Sep. 16.
