KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — In an effort to help prevent the spread of influenza this cold and flu season, the Tennessee Department of Health will be making cost-free flu vaccines available to Tennessee residents across the state on Oct. 21, 2025.
This program is part of 'Fight Flu Tennessee,' an initiative that is seeking to prevent the spread of the respiratory disease by giving people access to flu shots and encouraging communities to be mindful of their own health and others', according to the Tennessee Department of Health.
"Fight flu this season by getting your flu vaccine and encouraging others to protect themselves and their loved ones by doing the same," the Tennessee Health Department said on their website.
