Behren Morton is available today for the Texas Tech football team , but will only serve as the emergency quarterback, according a release from Tech athletics.

Will Hammond will get his second career start today against the Sun Devils , his first coming in the Liberty Bowl against Arkansas last December. The redshirt freshman has appeared in all six games for the seventh-ranked Red Raiders (6-0, 3-0), taking over the second half in the win at Utah and leading Tech to a 21-0 second half in last week's victory over Kansas.
