With the aim of promoting environmental sustainability, members of ALUS (Alternative Land Use Services) Canada held their eastern hub conference in Chatham-Kent recently.

The event brought together employees and representatives from many Ontario communities, along with several municipalities in Quebec and one U.S. community.

ALUS Canada is the national parent organization that supports locally run groups. The ongoing mission is to engage farmers and ranchers, encouraging natural solutions on their land.

This helps build climate resilience while enhancing biodiversity for communities and future generations.
