PEORIA ( 25News Now ) - Community members will soon have access to several health services on Bradley University’s campus.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the opening of the Glen and Polly Barton Clinic for Fitness and Function. Free physical therapy and other services for individuals living with chronic neurological disorders will be available to all, regardless of insurance, thanks to a $1 million donation.
The clinic will be staffed with faculty and students from the Doctor of Physical Therapy and Kinesiology and Health Science programs.
Professor and Department Chair Dr. Melissa Peterson is hopeful the new clinic will help patients realize that anything is possible.
