BRITTON – With a team full of athletes and a dominant rushing attack it seems safe to say that the Britton Deerfield Patriots could make a ton of noise in the Michigan High School Athletic Association 8-player playoffs just around the corner.

Friday night those Patriots looked to take one giant more step towards a postseason berth with a visit from the Burr Oak Bobcats who were 3-4 entering the evening.When all was said and done the night belonged to Britton Deerfield who rushed their way to a 59-0 lead through three quarters of play on their way to the 65-8 dominant victory.
